Anuradha Choudhary
Research and Outreach Specialist
Anuradha Choudhary earned her undergraduate degree in Agricultural Science from Jodhpur Agricultural University, India, and completed a Master’s in Agricultural Extension from the National Research Institute, India, with a focus on crop residue management practices. During her Master’s, she worked closely with wheat and rice growers, conducting field demonstrations, field trials, outreach activities, and impact assessments.
Following her Master’s, Anuradha worked for two years as an Agronomy Extension Educator, supporting oilseed and pulse production projects, conducting outreach, and evaluating production effectiveness. She earned her Ph.D. in Human Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where her research focused on agricultural professional capacity development, program evaluation, and agricultural impact assessment.
Currently, Anuradha is working in the Schnable Lab on a sorghum project, contributing to agronomy field research and coordinating the project-related events and activities.
